Eric is an equity partner in a start-up called Therapy Space that is essentially a WeWork for mental health professionals. Prior to burning the boats and committing himself full time to Therapy Space, Eric spent 8 years underwriting commercial loans at a handful of banks in the Southeast. Eric also renovates properties part-time while he lives in them, and is up to his third house at the moment.
